The magnetic cores, completely manufactured in our factory are made with electrical magnetic grain oriented steel (CRGO) with reduced or standard losses according to the client specification. We have very rich stock of different types of grain oriented magnetic steel coils starting from M0 up to M5 (EN 10107:2005). All material is top quality and very good magnetic impermeability thanks to the carlyte insulation.

All manufactured product are made in 45º step lap processing both in European and American version. The step-lap techniques guarantee a reduction of the core losses, magnetic current and noise level, which compared to the traditional solution can be about 10-15% lower.

Already cut and assembled cores can be fixed on carpentry supplied  from customer or on carpentry made according to the customer indication. The single steel sheets are fixed with use of epoxy resin. The transformer cores can by also cut by 90º, especially for small and medium size power range.

Core types produced by Power:

• magnetic cores for 3-phase cast resin and dry type transformers and oil immersed transformers.
• magnetic cores for single phase cast resin and dry type transformers and oil immersed transformers.
• special cores with 5 limbs for converter transformers.

There is also possibility to made magnetic core with lower yoke.
